Receiving unwanted emails
Unsubscribe from our email lists by clicking the "unsubscribe from this list" link in the footer of any email messages you have received. If you need further assistance, please contact us, provide your email address and put in the subject line that you know longer wish to receive any emails and we will remove you from our list(s) as applicable.
Placing an Order
Promo code complicationsIf you have tried to apply your coupon or promotional code, but are not seeing the discount reflected, please take the following steps:
- Check the fine print of the promotional details (legal copy) for any product exclusions or exceptions that may have stopped the code from being applied.
- Ensure you are not trying to use multiple coupon codes; only one coupon code is allowed per order.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also now offer PayPal.
Shipping & Returns
We ship orders Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on delivering your shipment quickly.We use UPS ground as our primary mode of shipment.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase and, if you’re not, returns are easy. See the details of our policy below.
Clearance items found on the "Deals" page are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable.
Heart Brand Foods reserves the right to limit or deny returns.
You must obtain a Return Authorization before any item(s) can be returned.
Request a Return Authorization by sending an email to [email protected]. We will respond during normal business hours Monday through Friday Pacific Time. Returns cannot be processed without prior authorization in writing. Specific packing and shipping instructions will be provided with your authorization.
Please be sure to provide a daytime phone number where we may contact you with any questions.
Refunds will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account. Requests for return must be received within 60 days of the date you received the product. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Please note that refunds can take 7-10 business days to process.
